Cartula (My Health Memory app)
The Cartula Health app is currently being decommissioned.
It is being replaced with a statewide Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) which meets our increased cyber security and personal data requirements.
Individual departments use a range of patient communication methods to manage appointments and share information with families and patients.
With your permission, some services may contact you via secure messaging (SMS messaging).
Resources such as selected management plans (e.g. Kids GPS, Asthma Action Plan) and discharge summaries can uploaded to My Health Record.
My Health Record is Australia's national digital health record platform managed by the Australian Digital Health Agency and meets strict security and data protection requirements. Your GP and paediatrician have access to My Health Record.
