John Hunter Children's Hospital
John Hunter Children鈥檚 Hospital is one of three children鈥檚 hospitals in NSW and a specialised tertiary referral paediatric hospital in Newcastle. We provide complex medical, surgical, major trauma and neonatal care services for Northern NSW.
Over the course of a year, we see more than 20,000 children and young people in the emergency department, admit 9,000 patients to hospital and perform 30,000 treatments through outpatient clinics.
The specialist paediatric rheumatology clinic is held every month on the third Thursday.
Clinics rotations are as follows:
- Dr Jeff Chaitow (twice a month on Thurdays)
- Dr Davinder Singh-Grewal (every second month on Thursdays)

Ask for directions at the Information desk, or turn left before it, walk past the Pharmacy and you鈥檒l find the Clinic on your right further along. It鈥檚 well signposted.
