After your appointment
Care plan is developed
After your appointment at the clinic, our FASD team will have a discussion around your child鈥檚 development and history to create a patient-centred care plan that includes supports and interventions.
Online feedback appointment is scheduled
Our nurse on the team will then call you to organise an online feedback appointment which will inform you of the recommendations and will let you know if any diagnoses have been made including FASD.
This appointment will also discuss the next steps including follow up in our service.
Summary report is sent to you
Following the feedback appointment, the FASD team will send you a summary report that outlines what we discussed at the appointments.
