- Telephone: Emergency support and a convenient alternative to face-to-face.
- Virtual: Online counselling for remote locations or travel situations.
Counselling process
Each session starts with an assessment and action plan. Sessions typically last one hour, focusing on problem-solving and coping strategies. Additional sessions may be requested if needed.
