Fitness Passport initiative

If you already have a gym membership, check if the facility accepts Fitness Passport and ask them about the sign up process.

Single membership criteria

  • Full time permanent employees
  • Part time permanent employees
  • Contract/Temporary employees who are paid by the organisation's payroll department and have at least 3 months consistent working history (or at least 6 months remaining on their existing contract)
  • Casual employees who work more than 20 hours per week and have at least 3 months consistent working history.

Family membership criteria

Provided that the Single membership is met, Family members need to meet the following to be eligible:

  • Partners may be married or unmarried but must reside at the same address as the primary member and must be a genuine partner 鈥� i.e. NOT a flatmate or friend
  • Dependent children under 18 years of age must reside at the same address as the primary member
  • Dependent children that are aged between 18 years and up to 25 years must reside at the same address as the primary member and must be financially dependent on the primary member (e.g. studying full time or a recipient of a Government benefit)
  • Each eligible dependent that is aged between 18 years and up to 25 years old is charged at an additional single membership rate
  • Primary members may be required to show evidence to fulfil these requirements. 

Registration and card

After you sign up for Fitness Passport, your card (along with those of any eligible family members) will be mailed directly to you after your first payment is processed.

Cancel or suspend membership

Please be aware when you join Fitness Passport you are signing up for a 12 month contract.
