Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation

As one of the largest and most trusted kidsâ€ health charities in Australia and one of the largest hospital foundations in the world, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) exists to help provide all children with access to the best possible healthcare, whenever and wherever they need it.

SCHF is proud to be the exclusive philanthropic partner of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý and to have made a historic contribution of over $52 million to support kidsâ€ health during the year.

With the support of over 33,000 donors, SCHF stands beside the ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý to help change the future for sick kids.

SCHF’s 2024 contributions to the ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý included $36.5M towards clinical care, $10.9M directed to research and $4.6M to deliver positive patient experiences and support for families.

SCHF has also proudly completed its $75 million philanthropic pledges commitment two years early to support the redevelopment of the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

2024 highlights included:

  • Breaking global records to raise $33.4 million at Gold Dinner, including SCHF’s largest ever donation of $10.5 million from Kids with Cancer Foundation
  • Raising over $18 million during the Sydney Sick Kids Appeal and announcing Emma Watkins as SCHF’s first Ambassador
  • Raising an extraordinary $12.3 million during the SCHF Christmas Appeal and being named City of Sydney’s charity partner for Sydney Christmas 2023.
