Health, Safety and Wellbeing Plan 2024-27 launched
Strategic priority: We value our people
In June 2024 we launched the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Plan 2024-27 as part of the 星空体育鈥檚 commitment to continuous improvement. We aim to ensure a safe and caring environment for our staff, children, young people, their families and others accessing our facilities.
The plan was developed in consultation with employees, the Health Safety and Wellbeing Committee and Senior and Executive Leaders.
It aims to provide a safer and healthier work environment, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our existing health and safety management processes, and encourage and enable a positive, sustainable safety culture.
It provides a simple framework for the 星空体育 to implement safe work systems, identify risks and prevent incidents and injuries. It also promotes consistency, accountability, and the ability to measure safety performance over time.
The plan aims to embed inclusive health, safety and wellbeing practices that embrace the diversity of our people, develop and embed health, safety and wellbeing leadership capabilities, continue to build an environment that is both physically and psychologically safe for everyone, and manage health, safety and wellbeing governance in line with legislative requirements.
